What To Expect
Our Sunday morning services are held at 9:00am and 10:45am. We believe when we gather together for worship, it should be more like a celebration and less like a memorial service. We know that people have different musical preferences, but real worship transcends musical genres. Our worship style is contemporary, sometimes with a full band and sometimes “unplugged.”
On Sunday mornings we worship and praise God, we teach from the Bible, we pray, and we take communion together regularly. All our gatherings are modern but Biblical in nature. You will see people singing loudly or quietly assuming an attitude of prayer, clapping and raising their hands or simply standing reverently. We encourage all genuine expressions of Biblical worship during our services. Our goal in corporate worship is to realize and experience the presence of God and give thanks for who He is and what He has done.
Frequently Asked Questions
What time is your worship service, and how long does it last?
FBC currently offers one worship service Sundays at 10am. Services typically last around 80 minutes.
Where should I park and enter the building?
We have an upper parking lot, parking along the upper side of the building, and a lower lot. Our worship center is on the upper level of the building, while our childcare and kids’ church occurs on the lower level. No matter where you park, one of our friendly volunteers will greet you at the door and help to direct you.
Is FBC affiliated with any denominations?
Fellowship Bible Church is a nondenominational church, founded on the principles of scripture, who seeks to proclaim the Gospel, equip the saints, and go into all the world. To learn more, check out the Who We Are page.
Does FBC have childcare/kids’ church?
FBC has a nursery, a toddler room, pre-K, and elementary-aged kids’ programming. Our children’s programming lasts for the duration of the worship service. You are also welcome to keep your children with you in the upstairs worship service if you prefer. All children are checked in downstairs before service with the assistance of our FBC Kids Volunteers and receive printed name tags with parents’ contact information. Grades K-5 begin in our upstairs worship service and are dismissed partway through (10:45 service only). To learn more about our children’s programming, check out our FBC Kids page.
What does FBC offer for youth?
Elevate is our 6th-8th grade ministry and meets during our morning worship service for an age-appropriate Bible study. Middle school students begin in our upstairs worship service and are dismissed partway through.
The Edge is our ministry for high school students, and it meets at the church Sunday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm. To learn more about our youth ministry, check out the FBC Students page.
How do I get plugged in to the community of FBC?
Our church is built on the foundation of Connect Groups, which we believe is the primary place that discipleship takes place. FBC Connect Groups meet during the week, in the church and in individuals’ homes, to share a time of fellowship, prayer, and Bible study. If you would like to check out the various groups that we offer, visit the Connect Groups page.
Can you pray for me?
FBC believes strongly in the power of prayer. We have a prayer team that meets regularly to seek the heart of God and to lift up the prayer needs of our congregation. If you would like our prayer team to pray for you, visit our Prayer page.
